The program is designed to support organizations’ goals aligned with national development frameworks, particularly in the areas of human capital development, promoting gender equality, and fostering a culture of innovation. Organizations may notice a strengthening of the female leadership pipeline and improved retention of senior female leaders as a by product of deep personal investment in participants.
The program is a one-day (intensive) program that provides an intensive and effective experience that combines internal foundation, strategic vision, leadership embodiment, and practical initiative.

Phase 1: Foundation and Vision
• Focus on internal awareness and understanding each participant’s personal leadership narrative.
• Apply strategic foresight tools.
• Reframe challenges and transform them into strategic opportunities.

Phase 2: Transformation and Embodiment
• Embodiment of leadership presence and enhanced confidence in authentic leadership identity.
• Formulate a personal constitution of authority to share their core principles.
• Formulate a bold, time-bound action plan to implement the insights gained and achieve tangible practical impact.

Expected Outcomes:
