As part of the Union’s strategic vision to invest in human capital and elevate the quality of education outcomes, Future Minds project has been developed to support youth in navigating their academic and career journeys with confidence and competence. The initiative focuses on preparing students to meet the evolving demands of the job market through academic guidance, essential skill development, and professional empowerment.

Recognizing the value of engaging young minds during school breaks, Future Minds aims to deliver a transformative and enriching experience that fosters awareness, critical thinking, and creativity. The program employs modern training methodologies centered around analytical thinking, future foresight, and creative problem-solving, drawing connections from the origins of industrial development to the ongoing Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolutions and the digital transformation shaping our world.

In continuation of the ongoing partnership with LOYAC in executing training programs for high school students during summer and spring breaks, the program will be launched in its new edition under the name “Future Mind.”
