In partnership with the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development, the third edition of Masna Al-Mubaderin was launched in November 2017 under the organization of Kuwait Industries Union. As a standard practice, the program included three major stages:
1-Foundational training
2-Selection phase
3-Technical training
A total of 125 entrepreneurs applied for the program out of which the committee selected 31.
