Seminar Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Highlighting the role of women as an active element in all sectors, especially the industrial sector, and the importance of empowering women in the productive sectors.<\/p>\n

2.Monitoring major competencies in Kuwait and the Gulf region, and creating a point of connection to exchange expertise in the industrial sector, which is considered the most difficult sector to attract female employment.<\/p>\n

3.Honoring women’s efforts in the industrial sector and considering them role models for all segments of society by reviewing their success stories in the Gulf region.<\/p>\n

4.Coming up with recommendations that include a Gulf cooperation plan to strengthen the role of women in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n
